Domaine François Cartier
13 rue de la bergerie
Established for 5 generations on the best soils of the Cher Valley, Domaine François Cartier now cultivates nearly 25 hectares of vines in the town of Pouillé. Dry white wines made from the Sauvignon grape are the main production, followed by Chardonnay, Pineau d'aunis, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Malbec (Côt).
The Parsley and Flint Clay based grounds are conducted in traditional reasoned culture for a better sustainability of the environment and the respect of our products. The quality of our wines is linked to a relentless work throughout the year and using the most modern techniques of monitoring and equipment.
