A long wine-making tradition has lingered on for centuries at Château de la Grange (full name : Château de la Grange Barbastre). The estate is located 30km in the South of Nantes and belongs to the Goulaine family since 1777. Today it extends on 50 hectares vines and is managed by the Comte Baudouin de Goulaine and his son Victor. Together they perform vines-growing, wine-making and bottling operations. The estate produces fine and delicate wines : AOP Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur lie, AOP Gros Plant sur lie and IGP’s Loire Valley Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Gamay, Grolleau, Merlot, Colombard.
Our 2nd estate, La Grande Villeneuve and its Domaine du Rondais, is specialized in the production of 2 grape varieties IGP wines.
