Located in Ambonnay, on the wellknown hill-side of Montagne de Reims, the Soutiran estate elaborate 1ers and Grands Crus Champagnes.
5 to 8 years of patience are necessary to elaborate our cuvées and bring them to maturity. This long rest in our cellars reveals the structure of the wines, refines the effervescence, and contributes to their complexity.
This complexity is also derived from the blending of a large aromatic palette coming from the vinification on oak barrels and stainless steel, with special focus on reserve wines.
From this know-how are born rich and racy Cuvées, with the expression of the terroir weaved into their fabric.
