We are a family house for five generations. Our domain is located in Ville sur Arce in the Cote des Bar. Methods used in the vineyards and the champagnization have turned to the environment in a concept of "ecological viticulture".
In 2013, our estate was certificated by the Ministry of agriculture "Terra Vitis" and HVE2.
We have a capacity of production of 150 000 bottles.
The blending our wines this year and reserve wines are kept in our cellars in tank or barrel.
We proposed 6 differents cuvées to answer at best your requests. We have a blending cuvee, 100% Pinot noir or cuvée in barrel... and we can adapt ourselves according to demands.
We have the biggest distinctions and recognized by numerous profesionals.

<p><strong>FRESH, FRUITY ET GREEDY</strong></p> <p>The character of our noble terroir</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Blending ratio:</strong> 100% Pinot noir 3 to 4 vintages aged in our cellars</p> <p><strong>Dosage</strong> : Brut (9g/l)</p> <p><strong>Tasting notes :</strong></p> <p>Eye : Very pretty pale gold robe</p> <p>Nose : Exalts notes of red fruits and hawthorn flowers</p> <p>Mouth : Sheer elegance expressing great generosity qui slowly dwindles, offering you a silken, fluffy and ample finish.</p> <p><strong>Food and wine-pairing :</strong></p> <p>You will delight your guests during an apéritif with gougères (small pastry-puffs with cheese), toasts or different verrines (amuse-bouche in a small glass).
